Information

Staff Sling

Staff Slings are seen pictured and featured in many manuscripts, from the earliest part of the Middle Ages until the end of the Middle Ages.
The Staff Slings was often used in connection with naval battles or sieges, perhaps because they are great for shooting in curves. A Staff Sling fires stones, but also small clay jars filled with burning coal can be used as ammunition.
