Information

Buckler

The Buckler is probably a development of the early medieval round shields, and it is most often used in civil to duel or self defense. They are known from the 1100s and are used until the 17th century.
Its primary function is to protect your weapon hand and your arms in vulnerable positions.
Bucklers can also be used as a weapon in their own, or be used to lock and/or disarm enemy's weapons.
