Information

Long-bladed Spear

Long spear tip with sharp edges, barbs and a pole of ash tree. These are known back in the 400's and are used until 1100s. The long and sharp tips are found in several varieties; some are made to throw with, others are made as melee weapons or, like this one, made to add to a shield formation to counter an enemy attack.
